Job Summary
Are you passionate about procurement processes and systems and enjoy working in a collaborative international environment Were looking for a Procurement Operations Consultant to join our team and help drive efficient compliant purchasing operations.
What youll do
Support Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P) processes
Resolve complex process and system issues together with IT Finance and Procurement
Perform admin activities in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM (e.g. catalogue uploads)
Ensure process compliance and strong governance within purchasing
Take part in local and global projects process improvements and system enhancements
Act as a first point of contact for end users providing support training and guidance
Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and share knowledge within the team
What you bring
3 years of experience in R2P and/or S2P
Strong understanding of P2P processes especially Purchasing
Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying
Confident English communication skills
A proactive solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
Enjoyment of training others and working in a customer-focused way
