Pay: $17$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Lead the toddler classroom and maintain a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Plan and implement engaging daily activities that support language development early learning and hands-on exploration.
- Model positive behavior and guide assistant teachers to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support toddler routines such as meals diapering/toileting transitions and rest time.
- Communicate daily with families about progress milestones and classroom experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Virginia licensing standards and center policies.
- High school diploma required.
- Previous toddler classroom or childcare experience is required.
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate practices.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable patient and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
