Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Milk Technician is responsible for performing duties with the daily operating procedures of the Milk Depot which includes receiving of expressed breast milk processing enteral feeding orders preparing breast milk and formula feedings and delivery to the patient unit.
Hours: Full Time 40 Hours Per Week
Shift: Rotating shift Weekend Work Required
Location: St. Petersburg FL
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of a High School diploma GED Certificate of Completion or equivalent achievement
- Basic mathematical ability to measure and prepare formula according to recipe
- Ability to follow human milk and formula preparation procedures correctly
- Possess knowledge of and experience with aseptic technique
Salary Range: Minimum 15.23/hour - Maximum 24.36/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
