ARSIEM is looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with proven experience in installing configuring developing and integrating prototype applications for technical evaluation. The engineer will be supporting a lab environment providing support for customers developing and testing experiments. This position will support one of our government clients in Annapolis Junction MD.
Responsibilities
- Develop capabilities designed to help solve common problems arising from various analyst offices.
- Prototype development to extend enterprise services support analytics enhance machine learning and develop commercial cloud solutions.
- Support the integration and evaluation of open source emerging technologies and new COTS applications.
- Work directly with customers developers or data scientists to gather requirements and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (CS) or related 11 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Strong development experience in a variety of languages (ex. Java Python).
- Experience integrating with customers cloud-based data systems.
- Experience installing configuring developing and integrating prototype applications for technical evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Modeling experience.
- Machine Learning experience.
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Dev experience on Linux platforms.
- Analytics development experience.
- Virtual Machine (VM) experience.
$216000 - $241000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other laws.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
