Job Summary
STATUS: Full-time
LOCATION: Newark Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Facilities
SCHEDULE: 7:00 am to 3.30pm
ATTRIBUTES
- Must have ability to handle stressful situation for break downs chillers-boilers and Water Leaks
- Must be able to work with different personalities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages all construction operations and general maintenance functions supporting Engineering operations. Assists manager in outlining improvement opportunities from both department and equipment aspects. Actively involved with Capital Program development and implementation.

$85000.00 - $140000.00CITY:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience relevant qualifications specialty internal equity location and contracts.
