Job Description

This position is the Antibody Discovery and Characterizationteam within our Affinity departmentRnDatOlink. Inthisrole you willbe partofa team of7committed scientists and engineers who are focused on antibody development and protein characterization supporting the continued growth of Proximity Extension Assay based products.Youwillparticipateinresearch and early product developmentin aculture of creativity andinclusion.Thepositionis focused on the characterization and analysis of affinityproteinsandwithhands-onwet-lab work.

We are looking fora team playerwho can continue to growourAntibody Discovery and Characterizationteam ensuring wecontinue to develop ourproducts with desiredantibodies and antigens.

A Day in the Life

• Plan andperformlaboratoryworkinaccordancewithsetprojectplans andworkscheduleswithactivecollaborationandcommunicationwiththe team.

• Evaluatereportanddocumentresultsfrom thelaboratorywork.

• Activelyparticipatein thedevelopmentofthegroupsanddepartmentsactivitiesandparticipateinimprovementprojects.

• Investigateandsolvearisingproblemswithinthe area.

• Complywithcompanypolicyinstructionsandroutines.

Qualifications/Skills

• UniversitydegreeinBiotechnologyBiomedicineBiochemistryMo-lecularBiologyorsimilar(Advanced Degree preferred).

• Documented lab experiencein a biochemistry/biology setting.

• Experiencefromproteincharacterization methodssuchas massspectrometry binding kinetics usingSPRand sandwich ELISAisadvantageous.

• Scientificunderstanding of the field of proteomicsandprotein sciences.

• Dataanalysistoolse.g.R/Pythonincluding essential statistics and experimental design.

• Strong communicationand writing skills.
