Gestaltung und Umsetzung einer wirkungsvollen Kommunikationsstrategie für Produktmanagement-Themen im Vertrieb unter Berücksichtigung eines umfassenden und professionellen Stakeholdermanagements
Sicherstellen einer überzeugenden Value Proposition für unsere Produktlösungen in sämtlichen Kommunikationsformaten um den Vertrieb optimal zu unterstützen
Konzeption und Erstellen von Vertriebsunterlagen Schulungsinhalten und Präsentationen kombiniert mit der aktiven Durchführung von Trainings und Veranstaltungen für den Vertrieb
Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen um daraus fundierte Empfehlungen und Impulse für die Produktpositionierung abzuleiten
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Kommunikations- und Supportmassnahmen für den Vertrieb

Deine Stärken

Erfahrung im Bereich Einzelversicherung in einer Projektleitungs- oder Vertriebsfunktion
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit komplexe Inhalte können klar und überzeugend vermittelt werden undsicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Konzeptionelles Denken und strukturiertesArbeiten wird mit der Fähigkeit verbunden Ideen in wirkungsvolle Kommunikationsmassnahmen umzusetzen getragen von Hands-on-Mentalität Eigeninitiative und klarer Kundenorientierung
Leidenschaft für Produkte Vertrieb und die Vermarktung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
