Job Summary
Job Summary: We are looking for a Parts Counter Associate to help support our team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. With a higher potential starting wages based off experience!!!

Duties include:
- 1-2 years experience in the field is required. This is not an entry level roll.
- Looking up and locating correct parts/material for both technicians and retail customers
- Checking-in parts orders and ensure correct product was received
- Stocking parts orders in proper locations
- Working with service advisors to assure customer parts orders are tracked and followed up with
- Staying current on factory training
- Scrapping warranty parts
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with Team Player mentality
- High energy and self-motivated individual with the drive to succeed
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities
- Ability to focus on a customers needs first. To enhance customer experience and overall personal success
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Experience working withCDK is preferred; but not required
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
