We are looking for an enthusiastic Oral Care Consultant to join the Colgate-Palmolive family in the Yorkshire this role you arent just selling products; you are partnering with dental professionals to improve oral health outcomes. You will be the face of our global brand educating clinical teams and driving recommendations for the products the world knows and trust.

What You Will Do

As a field-based specialist you are crucial to maintaining brand awareness and sales for our professional product range. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building Partnerships: Visit dentists hygienists and therapists within dental practices hospitals and health authorities to build rapport and deepen professional relationships.

• Educating Experts: Use your communication skills to educate dental teams on specific oral care areas and the science behind Colgates professional products.

• Driving Success: Secure recommendations and endorsements for our consumer brands and sell our specialist professional products.

• Planning & Strategy: create quarterly business plans and weekly visit schedules to maximize your impact in the Leeds area.

• Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the industry by recording customer interactions feedback and competitor activity in our C4C system.

• Representing the Brand: Present technical and scientific information at trade exhibitions and educational group meetings (face-to-face and virtually).

About You

We are looking for a relationship-builder who thrives on connection. While experience in the dental sector is a plus what matters most is your ability to connect educate and influence.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent Communicator: You can translate complex concepts (medical and scientific data) into clear concise and compelling conversations.

• Relationship Focused: You have strong interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy meeting new people.

• Consultative Seller: You take a customer-centric approach offering solutions that truly help the dental professional and their patients.

• Analytical Mindset: You can analyze data to make smart sales recommendations.

• Self-Motivated: As a field-based professional you are organized driven and comfortable managing your own schedule.

Ideally you also have:

• Experience in a customer-facing field sales role.

• Previous exposure to working or partnering with healthcare professionals (advantageous but not required).

Working Arrangements

• Mobility: This is a field-based role and travel would be up to 100%
