OFFICE ASSISTANT

Full-Time Position

Location:1455 Response Road Suite 260 Sacramento CA 95815

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.76 per hour (approximately $45760 to 51500 per year)

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum High School Diploma. AA degree preferred.Preferred experience includes previous administrative or clerical roles as well as proficiency in computer and software skills (especially Microsoft Office) along with strong organizational communication and multitasking abilities.Excellent customer service skills. Experience using social media software/tools such as Canva and Hootsuite. Some I.T. knowledge required Must be authorized to work in the USA.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Assist HR I.T. Social Media and other departments with various office tasks as assigned to support the programs operations including but not limited to: data entry typing copying scanning faxing filing assisting with troubleshooting creating social media posts scheduling meetings or interviews. Answering the phone relaying calls to staff opening and sorting mail and greeting the public in a positive friendly manner driving to the centers to deliver the needed stuff perform other duties as assigned.
