About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function during a phase of rapid growth. This role is critical to shaping Clutchs workforce culture and employer brand. Youll oversee the entire talent acquisition process implement data-driven strategies and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This is a full-time in-office leadership role with direct impact on company-wide growth.

What youll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead mentor and grow the recruitment team fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

  • Partner with executives and department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce growth.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all departments including sourcing interviewing and offer management.

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill quality of hire and cost-per-hire.

  • Optimize and scale recruitment tools systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

  • Represent Clutch at career fairs industry events and networking opportunities.

  • Manage external recruiting partners negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • 7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and scaling recruitment strategies in high-growth environments.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies (ATS sourcing tools HR analytics).

  • Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to analyze problems resolve challenges and maintain a strong focus on candidate experience.

Itd be great if you have:

  • Experience in high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.

  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies in competitive markets.

  • Experience managing external recruitment agencies and vendor contracts.
