Your future role
As a graduate Project Manager you will manage projects for the overhaul of traction equipment following the Alstom Management system called DFQ. This will involve day to day management of stakeholders both internal and external of the site. You will be mentored by more experienced Project Managers.

You will complete a two-year accredited development programme whilst providing a tangible contribution to the success of the team. During the programme you will undertake a series of rotations around the function gaining an understanding of the business and the service operation lifecycle. Developing your knowledge during your time at Alstom is key along with developing your skills experience and leadership mindset. Within a climate of innovation you will also support solutions to meet the customer requirements as part of the safety case and train presentation support the identification and delivery of continuous improvement.
You will have the opportunity to complete on the job learning which is complemented by a modular personal development programme. Supported by a mentor you will be able to work towards gaining a relevant professional qualification.

You will need a minimum 2:1 BEng or MEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
