Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Summer Intern to join our Inbound Sales team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment supporting our efforts to connect with potential customers and understand their needs.

Job Responsibilities

As a 2026 Summer Intern - Inbound Sales Representative you will:

  • Assist the Inbound Sales team in responding to customer inquiries received via phone email and web forms.

  • Learn and apply sales techniques to qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Document customer interactions and update CRM records accurately and promptly.

  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to understand sales processes and strategies.

  • Support the preparation of sales materials presentations and proposals.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Conduct basic research on customer needs and industry trends to inform sales approaches.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Inbound Sales Manager.


Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • A positive attitude strong work ethic and a desire to learn about sales.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior customer service or sales experience (e.g. retail hospitality) is a plus but not required.

Basic Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree with a graduation date on or after December 2026

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
