What will you do

AsFinancial department within Howden Netherlands alsoneed toadapt to these new developments and changing foraBusinessControllerto support usinthis exciting journey. You will be based in Hengelo The Netherlands.

Create support base byidentifyingneedsof the businessand aligning these with needsofFinance & Control department and organizationalgoals;
Know the business and interactwith otherdepartments;
Create andmaintaina professional working relation with peersofother departments.
Improve and implement integrated processes together withthe businessandthefinance organization to be able to generate historic andforward lookingfinancial information in an efficient reliable validcompleteand relevantway;
Drivean accurateforecasting understand business drivers ofHowden ThomassenCompressorsand connect them to KPIs (leading indicators);
Align current and future finance/controlling processes with processesthe businessand other locationsor departments.
Generate ad-hocreports;
Identifytrends internally and externally and discuss these with otherdepartments;
Support best team in Finance.

What do you bring

Bachelors degree in Finance& Control Accounting or equivalent.
Proven experience(2-5 years)in a similar financial function.
Reporting qualitative correct data while meeting deadlines and expectation management.
Experience with project administration ( percentage of completion).
Strong presentation and analysis skills.
Natural curiosity and proactiveness.
Highly skilled in the use of Excel.
Fluent English language skills both verbal and in writing (fluent in Dutch both verbal and in writing is a bonus).
Experience with Windows D365 Business Central and/or Power BI is an advantage.

Monthly gross base salary between 3.000- and 7.100- for a 40 hour work week (Actual offer will depend on exprience knowledge and working background.)
