Job Summary
Join Ventias Rig and Well Services team as a Project Administrator where youll be the driving force behind smooth project delivery from start to finish. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative precision with hands-on coordination supporting complex projects across multiple sites including the Pilbara west coast Withcott workshop and Barrow Island.
As the administrative backbone youll manage documentation reporting and compliance to keep everything on track. At the same time youll step into a coordination role working closely with Project Managers to plan organise and monitor activitiesbridging communication between engineering procurement and workshop teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 4:30pm (flexibility available).

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise project documentation contracts and compliance records.
- Prepare reports meeting minutes and action trackers for stakeholders.
- Assist in developing project plans schedules and progress updates.
- Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely deliverables.
- Monitor project activities and escalate issues impacting schedule or cost.
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Microsoft Project preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
