Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction retention and growth by ensuring customers successfully leverage our solutions to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers building strong trusted relationships.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training to ensure a seamless transition and product adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales product and support) to deliver exceptional service and address customer needs.
  • Analyze customer usage and feedback to provide insights that drive product improvements.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to each customers goals and objectives.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to ensure retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
  • Lead customer events workshops and webinars to foster engagement and community.
  • Provide ongoing support and act as an advocate for customers within the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in customer success account management or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops.
