Job Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2 years of
experience to plan execute and deliver projects within scope timeline and budget. The
ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams manage stakeholders and
ensure smooth project execution from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Plan execute and manage projects from start to finish
Define project scope goals deliverables timelines and resources
Coordinate with internal teams clients and stakeholders
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
Identify risks issues and dependencies and propose mitigation plans
Prepare project schedules status reports and documentation
Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives
Manage changes in project scope and communicate impact effectively
Conduct regular project review meetings and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum /
Waterfall)
Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira Trello Asana MS Project etc.)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering IT or a related field
Good to Have
PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certification
Experience working with technical or cross-functional teams
Client-facing project management experience
