Application Engineer IV

We are looking for a seasoned Adobe AEM Technical Lead or Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership and operational excellence. You will lead the design development and deployment of AEM-based solutions ensuring best practices and technical integrity throughout the project addition to engineering leadership youll play a key role in maintaining operational stability managing deployments monitoring performance and resolving issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of Adobe AEM solutions.

• Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Guide and mentor development teams on AEM best practices.

• Conduct code reviews manage technical debt and ensure code quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related technical issues.

• Align with architects and project managers to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science IT or related field.

• 7 years of experience in AEM development and architecture.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver end-to-end AEM projects.

• Deep experience with AEM 6.x (Sites Assets Workflows Architecture).

• Proven success in designing and implementing complex AEM solutions.

• Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service.

• Java & Web Technologies

• Solid grasp of HTML CSS JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.

• Content & Workflow Management

• Expertise in content and digital asset management.

• Skilled in building custom components templates and services.

• DevOps & CI/CD

• Hands-on with Git Jenkins Maven and automated pipelines.

• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS Azure Adobe Managed Services).

• Proficient in tuning and scaling AEM applications.

Additional Qualifications:

• Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (AEP WebSDK MobileSDK Target RT-CDP).

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

• Knowledge of search and personalization strategies in AEM.
