Senior SmartCOMM Developer

Location: Phoenix AZ (Local Candidates Only)
Work Model: Hybrid Approximately 75% onsite as business needs require

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SmartCOMM Developer to lead the design development and maintenance of complex document generation and customer communication solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering high quality SmartCOMM implementations optimizing data models integrating with enterprise systems and providing mentorship to junior team members. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SmartCOMM and enterprise document generation along with strong collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities SmartCOMM Development & Architecture

Design build and enhance SmartCOMM templates including data models layouts style sets and configuration packages.
Develop and maintain document generation solutions across multiple communication channels.
Optimize SmartCOMM components for scalability performance and maintainability.

System Integration & Data Modeling

Architect and implement efficient data models to support SmartCOMM processing.
Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications such as CRMs internal platforms and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust solutions.

Quality Assurance & Technical Leadership

Perform comprehensive testing validation and troubleshooting of SmartCOMM modules.
Ensure that all deliverables meet established quality compliance and security standards.
Provide technical guidance code reviews and mentorship to junior developers.
Support ongoing upgrades maintenance and platform enhancements.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Partner with product managers business analysts architects and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with business and technical objectives.
Contribute to technical design discussions solution architecture planning and project execution.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in SmartCOMM (Smart Communications) development including templates data models layouts and correspondence design.
Hands-on DocGen (Document Generation) experience - must have.
Strong experience working with RESTful APIs for integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in template logic data flows and system integrations.
Excellent analytical communication and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with .NET development.
Background in MuleSoft integration.
Proficiency with SQL Server databases and query optimization.
Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
Prior experience integrating SmartCOMM with Salesforce.
