About Strategic Enablement:

The Strategic Enablement team sits at the heart of ECGs mission driving strategic initiatives and supporting high-impact client engagements. This group works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn client priorities into actionable outcomes facilitate executive readiness and ensure that Vanguards most important clients benefit from our best thinking and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating client engagements including executive meetings and leadership forums.

• Conduct research and analysis related to internal and client-driven opportunities (e.g. partnerships products solutions)

• Prepare materials and presentations for senior leaders and client discussions.

• Track progress on strategic initiatives and help communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

• Support the ongoing development of team processes and infrastructure to help build a best-in-class Strategic Enablement function.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years related work experience; prior experience in strategy consulting financial analysis or client relationship management preferred.

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (MBA MS etc.) a plus.

• Strong analytical conceptual thinking and professional communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to outcomes in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholder engagement.
