The Maintenance Technical Lead responsibilities include but not limited to:
Plan coordinate prioritize assign supervise implement and review maintenance and test set up activities in an automotive testing facility
Oversee and direct the activities of a multi-trade crew to complete required tasks in a safe and timely manner.
Comply with the collective bargaining agreement Canadian Electrical Code TSSA corporate policies and other applicable regulations in the organization and execution of maintenance activities.
Develop procedures and make improvements to existing.
Troubleshoot automated testing system issues and determine corrective actions
Manage aspects of environmental health and safety conformance
Oversee a preventative maintenance program for automotive testing equipment and facilities
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and workforce availability
Maintain accurate hourly timekeeping records vacation and time off requests
Develop scope of work for maintenance contracts
Perform environmental inspections and coordinate waste pickups.
Procure parts material and rentals required to complete tasks
Track data for performance measurable such as Preventative Maintenance task completion Work Orders man hours overtime etc.
Maintain good supplier/customer relations with internal customers and outside suppliers
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment
