Job Summary
Position Description:
As an IFS Consultant (CRM) in our team you will work on projects related to the implementation configuration and development of IFS CRM modules as well as providing consultancy services to clients in the area of sales customer service and customer relationship management process optimization.
We offer interesting and growth-oriented work on projects for clients from various industries. There is an opportunity to work on both Polish and international projects depending on your preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Professional experience in the role of an ERP / CRM Implementation Consultant
Experience in IFS implementation projects particularly within the CRM area
Experience working with IFS Cloud
Participation in at least 3 successfully completed implementations (preferably within CRM)
Practical knowledge of CRM processes (including lead management sales pipeline quotations and orders customer service contracts and sales reporting)
Experience in integrating CRM with other ERP areas (Finance SCM Projects Service)
Experience in gathering analyzing and modeling business requirements within the CRM area
Ability to prepare process and functional documentation
Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops for business users
Knowledge of business process modeling tools
A proactive attitude toward finding optimal client-tailored solutions
Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication with clients
