THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

In this role youll be embedded in our Product & Tech Team at Tradebyte where youll shape and deliver intuitive visually compelling experiences across our next-generation products. Youll bring exceptional visual design skills a passion for craft and an experimental mindset to create customer-centric solutions that delight users while driving business goals. With strong UI/UX fundamentals youll help elevate the product experience through art direction illustration and motion design.

WHAT WED LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Shape the experience and visual direction of Tradebyte products from concepts and experiments to polished high-fidelity UI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate problem definition complex ideas and business goals into clear elegant design concepts that surprise and delight.
Rapidly prototype test and iterate on new features being literate in motion transitions and microinteractions to bring moments of joy.
Contribute to and evolve Tradebytes design system by proposing new patterns components and visual principles where needed.
Share knowledge inspire others through design reviews and critique and push the visual quality and conceptual ambition of your teams work.
Support a culture of feedback co-creation and continuous learning by facilitating workshops and design sprints.

You have a proven record of designing visually rich customer-facing digital products that drive measurable business outcomes. From concept to execution you take ownership of the visual language of a product ensuring it communicates value clearly and scales across complex B2B SaaS use cases.
You excel in visual storytelling that resonates with professional users elevating enterprise experiences through hierarchy typography color and layout that balance usability with brand credibility. You understand how robust visual systems support customer goals enable partner success and advance business objectives.
Hands-on with prototyping tools and enterprise-grade design systems you know when to leverage established standards for consistency and when to adapt them to create memorable differentiated moments that strengthen relationships with customers.
You thrive in collaborative cross-functional environments communicating confidently with stakeholders engineers and business teams to align on customer needs and deliver solutions that scale. With a growth mindset you value experimentation testing bold ideas learning from data and evolving quickly to meet changing market demands.
