Hourly Rate: $45.53 $51.17 (WT 6A.1 to 6.9)
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our beautiful service at Busy Bees at Coorparoo. As a Centre Director you will:
Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards
Build strong partnerships with families children and the local community
Manage enrolments budgets and staffing effectively
Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children
Foster a culture of collaboration growth and professional development
What Youll Need
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting
Strong knowledge of NQF EYLF and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage operations compliance and staff performance
Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) First Aid & CPR
