Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Spezialist/in für Digital Ad Operations & Programmatic Advertising zur Mutterschaftsvertretung in unserem GSA Digital Ad Operations dieser Rolle verantworten Sie alle digitalen Ad-Tech- und Monetarisierungsprozesse für AVOD SVOD und HbbTV. Sie gewährleisten eine reibungslose technische Implementierung Kampagnendurchführung programmatische Kampagnen Partnerkommunikation und Reporting.

Ihre Aufgaben

• First Level Support für digitale technische Implementierungen (Ad-Tag-Validierung Troubleshooting).
• Verwaltung von VAST-Tags Makros und Auslieferungsschwierigkeiten.
• Koordination von - und -Aktualisierungen.
• Strukturierte Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern und Support der Vertragsabwicklung.
• Erstellung von Reportings und Performance-Analyse in Zusammenarbeit mit den BI-Teams.
• Verwaltung von AVOD/SVOD-Consent-Bannern und Durchführung von Inventarprognosen.
• Einrichtung und Verwaltung programmatischer Deals (PMP PG PD).
• Technische Fehlerbehebung und ggfs. Eskalation.
• Erstellung von Performance-Berichten und -Analysen; Pflege von Blocklists und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen.
• Prognose von programmatischen Umsätzen und Inventar.
• Erstellung von Kampagnen-Forecasts und Reportings für bezahlte und unbezahlte Direktkampagnen.
• Aufsetzen von Video- und Displaykampagnen (Paid und Cross-Promotion).
• Aufsetzen von YouTube-O&O- und Kids-Kampagnen.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen für AVOD/SVOD-Digitalprodukte und programmatische Strategien.

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Ad Operations Programmatic Advertising oder Digital Ad Tech.
• Fundierte Expertise in den Ökosystemen von AVOD SVOD und HbbTV.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Adservern (vorzugsweise FreeWheel) SSPs und DSPs.
• Solide Kenntnisse von Ad-Tags Pixeln Programmatic-Setup und Consent-Frameworks.
• Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten für Forecasts und Reporting.
• Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.
• Selbstständiges und funktionsübergreifendes Arbeiten.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
