Description

AsanAssociateDirectorinWork Rewards & Careersyouwillberesponsibleforleadingteamsmanaging experienced talent and facilitating the development of less experienced associates through coaching and mentoring. You will also be responsible for initiating business development opportunities generating revenue and managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Minimum15yearsofsuccessfulexperienceinaddingvaluetoclientbusinessresults (ideallyinaconsultingrole).A multi-industry experience is preferred.

  • Strongmarketknowledgeandestablishedlocalnetwork

  • Skilledatestablishingcredibilitywithmanagementteamsorboardsandindiscussing complex client business issues and potential solutions

  • ExpertiseineitherRewardTalentManagementorCommunicationandChange Management

  • Trackrecordofhelpingclientsachievetheirbusinessgoalsthroughtargetedhuman capital initiatives

  • Demonstratedabilitytobuildstrongclientandassociateworkingrelationships

  • Provenprojectmanagementskills

  • Provenabilitytoleadanddevelopateamofhighperformingconsultingprofessionals.

  • Self-drivenachieverwithavalueforteamworkcollaborationdecisivenessintegrityinall that is done

  • Strongpresentationskills
