Join our team as a General Manager of Dining Services oversees all aspects of the mealtime preparation service and the overall efficiency of the kitchen dining room in-room and meal service areas.
Compensation: $79000 - $85000

How you will make an impact
- Manage the dining program through meal service menu development preparation and financial responsibilities
- Hire supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff
- Coordinate with the clinical dietitian train and orients the staff on dining our process
- Assure the dining program complies with all Federal State and Local regulations
- Ensure food and supplies are inventoried ordered received and stored according to company standards
What you will need
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required
- Current Serv-Safe certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in multi-unit foodservice management
- Flexible with schedule; will be required to work weekends and holidays
