Own & Scale the Digital Growth Engine That Fuels Our Revenue

Are you a data-driven marketer who gets excited about conversion rates pipeline attribution and AI-powered growth experiments As Director of Demand Generation youll own the digital channels that drive Itentials growth from SEO AEO and paid campaigns to ABX programs.

This is a hands-on role where youll both strategize and execute. Youll use modern tooling (including AI) to move faster run smarter experiments and continuously improve how we attract and convert enterprise buyers.

Your Impact at Itential

As our Director of Demand Generation youll own our entire end-to-end demand engine driving pipeline through SEO AEO paid media and conversion optimization. Youll manage campaigns directly across Google Ads LinkedIn Reddit and emerging channels while turning our website into a conversion machine through strategic CRO experiments. Your expertise in marketing automation will power sophisticated ABX programs that align perfectly with sales priorities.

Youll use data and experimentation to understand whats working whats not and where to double down. AI tools and automation will help you move faster from drafting ad copy to enriching account data but good judgment and curiosity matter more than chasing shiny objects.

Your focus on testing optimizing and scaling what works will help shape how enterprises discover and engage with Itentials infrastructure orchestration platform while ensuring every digital touchpoint contributes to measurable pipeline growth.

  • Paid Platforms: Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Reddit YouTube programmatic/retargeting
  • Analytics & SEO/GEO: GA4 GSC Ahrefs Profound SEMRush WordPress schema optimization Quicksite
  • MarTech ecosystem: Pardot/Hubspot/Marketo Salesforce 6sense Qualified Outreach Gong
  • Data enrichment: Clay ZoomInfo Vector
  • AI tools: Custom GPTs Claude MCPs AirOps etc.


What Makes You Our Ideal Director of Demand Generation:

Core Skills We Need:

  • 5 years crushing it in B2B digital demand generation (ideally SaaS/infrastructure)
  • Proven track record running paid campaigns and tying results directly to pipeline
  • Comfortable working directly in WordPress and making updates without waiting for developers
  • Data fluency comfortable in GA4 Quicksite and SFDC reporting
  • AI-forward mindset already using CustomGPTs automation or similar tools to 10x your output
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or related field

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience marketing enterprise software or infrastructure platforms
  • Google Ads/Analytics certifications
  • Experience with ABM at scale
  • Marketing Ops or RevOps background

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or related field required

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in digital demand generation (SEO paid media CRO) for B2B ideally SaaS or infrastructure tech required
  • Proven ability to run paid campaigns directly (Google Ads LinkedIn) and tie results to pipeline in SFDC required
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress

Skills & Competencies:

  • Familiar with common B2B demand and revenue tools: Pardot/Marketo/Hubspot Salesforce GA4/Tag Manager 6sense Gong Qualified Outreach Clay ZoomInfo Vector AirOps
  • Data-driven fluent in dashboards (GA4 Quicksite) and able to translate numbers into pipeline impact
  • AI-forward: comfortable using and experimenting with GPTs agents and automation frameworks to move faster and smarter
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate with RevOps and Sales but doesnt need hand-holding
  • Comfortable in a senior IC role where youre both strategist and doer capable of working in fast-moving cross-functional environments where adaptability is key
  • Relentlessly curious you proactively explore new tools signals and experiments to unlock growth opportunities

Experience:

  • Experience in network automation infrastructure or enterprise software marketing
  • Previous experience with ABM/ABX programs at scale
  • Background in marketing operations or RevOps
