As a Customer Support Representative you will provide basic technical support and assistance to customers mostly via e-mail but also phone-call. The Customer Support Representative handles various customer requests answers questions and resolves any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Our focus is on providing exceptional customer care and to do what it takes to help each customer.
Comfortable with phone calls and writing personalized answers to customer requests you are their privileged contact and will contribute to the satisfaction and sustainability of our customers.
You will be part of a small team in an international company.
You will work mainly on your own with a customer service back-up colleague based in France and an inside sales colleague based in Hovås.
You will report to the EMEA customer service manager based in France and be in regular contact with colleagues in Production Sales Finance Technical support and IT based in France (in English).
You will have the opportunity to participate in a lot of post-production activities such as padel and corporate events with the FHS Hovås team.
