About the role
As part of KPMGs Customer & Operations practice you will lead engagements that help our clients drive profitable growth and transform their businesses through performance improvement projects. You will support clients in defining their market and customer strategy design their customer journey and enable efficient front-office functions to deliver the best customer experience. Many projects involve CRM solutions or analytical tools that help turn data into action.
Beyond this you will play a vital role in shaping KPMGs growth agenda by identifying new business opportunities leading commercial dialogues building senior client relationships and contributing to the development of our people methods and go-to-market offerings. The role can be placed in Stockholm Gothenburg or Malmö depending on your location and preference.
