About the opportunity

FSN Capital Partners are looking for a Receptionist / Working Student to join our team in our Stockholm office on a part-time basis. Here youll have the opportunity to play an important role in our day-to-day office operations and be a welcoming face of our Firm contributing to meaningful projects that enhance the workplace experience while gaining insight into office management and the Private Equity environment. You will work closely with two senior colleagues supporting a local team of approximately 20 colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include

• Reception services inc. office supplies

• Supportduringonboarding / offboarding of team members

• Conference roommanagement

• Maintenance of kitchen andcommon areas

• Updating internal records and offering practical support for colleagues

• Support on organizing local team eventstogether with our social committee

• Maintenanceof our intranet as applicable
  

The main prerequisites for a successful candidate are:

• Team-orientedambitiousand committed to team wellbeing
  
• Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Strong communicationskills in English and Swedish
