Senior AI And Automation Developer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Developer to lead advanced projects leveraging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) IDP NLP Azure Functions Python Graph and Vector Databases. You will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions mentoring junior team members and ensuring technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of AI & Automation solutions aligned with business objectives
- Architect and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across industry verticals
- Ensure robust integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems and cloud environments (Azure AWS GCP)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in AI development and deployment
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation within projects
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in AI/ML and automation development
- Strong expertise in Python and frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Keras Langchain MLflow)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-3/4 BERT T5) and fine-tuning techniques
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering RAG architecture and Knowledge Graphs
- Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms and integrating with enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
