Family Law Attorney Richmond & Northern Virginia

ProspectBlue is working with a growing mid-size law firm looking to hire a Senior Family Law Attorney in their Richmond and Northern Virginia offices. This hybrid full-time role is ideal for a confident family law practitioner to manage complex cases and help grow the firms Virginia practice. The Senior Family Law Attorney position is a great opportunity to take a leading role at the firm and there is partnership potential for the right attorney candidates!

What Youll Do:

Handle complex family law matters including divorce custody support and protective orders
Manage cases from intake through resolution with strong paralegal and administrative support
Represent clients in court mediations and depositions
Provide thoughtful compassionate guidance to clients
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the legal team

Desired Qualifications & Compensation:

J.D. and active Virginia law license required
3-8 years of prior family law experience with strong litigation skills desired
Excellent writing communication and negotiation abilities
Leadership mindset with a client-first approach
