Join Ferguson as a DC Quality Assurance Associate at our Fulton MS Pipe Yard and be part of an exceptionally driven team committed to building better infrastructure homes and businesses. This role is your opportunity to contribute to our world-class quality assurance processes and help us maintain our dedication to excellence!

Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p. Starting Rate: $20.50/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Partner on and oversee quality assurance procedures tools and quality standards alongside industrial teams.
  • Improve reports and/or evaluate standards and processes to ensure results meet or exceed quality timing and cost standards.
  • Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
  • Assist in audits and review quality data according to existing procedures detailing results in the required format.
  • Coordinate data for technical documentation enabling the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies crafting continuous improvement impacts.
  • Adhere strictly to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and requirements.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine and successfully implement quality standards.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and learning.

Pay Range:

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
