Pay Rate: $16.39 per hour

Schedule: MondayFriday approximately 1:30 PM 5:30 PM (20 hours per week; schedule may vary based on program needs and coverage)

Easterseals Florida is seeking a responsible courteous and service-driven Van Driver to support our Palm Bay Adult Day Training this role you will safely transport program participants between their homes and our center ensuring a positive and respectful experience for every passenger.

What Youll Be Doing

Safely operate program vehicles and strictly adhere to all motor vehicle laws policies and procedures
Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times
Conduct and document required pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Report any safety concerns or vehicle maintenance needs to your supervisor
Treat all passengers with dignity respect and exceptional customer service
Assist with additional pick-ups and/or drop-offs as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles
Complete and submit daily attendance and mileage logs accurately

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least six months of related experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Minimum age of 21 (required to operate company vehicles)
Ability to meet Easterseals Floridas approved driver qualifications including a good driving history
Flexibility to adjust hours as needed for program coverage
