| GCIs Regulatory Program Manager will be responsible for oversight of assigned programs such as Universal Service High Cost Low Income or Contribution; Eligible Telecommunications Carrier status; grant compliance; tariffs and rate posting; regulated revenue; Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA); FCC Compliance; or other programs as assigned. The Program Manager will act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders give regulatory guidance and strategy to departments or project teams regarding design development evaluation or marketing of products and direct or prepare the submission of regulatory agency applications reports and correspondence. | |||||

Additional Job Requirements: This is an intermediate level position requiring the ability to perform complex and diverse duties under deadlines and operating constraints. Requires the ability to operate develop and implement projects programs and procedures of general organizational impact. Must have sufficient experience to provide functional and technical guidance to staff while fostering teamwork within area of responsibility.
