Role Overview: We are looking for an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Solution/Data Architect with strong expertise in Real-Time CDP and hands-on experience designing end-to-end customer experience ecosystems. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture data modelling identity strategy ingestion patterns and integration with activation platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The role involves partnering with business marketing and engineering teams to define scalable AEP-driven personalization and audience activation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary architect for AEP solution design ensuring scalable secure and performance-oriented implementation in enterprise environments.
Lead RT-CDP architecture and implementation including profile store design identity stitching strategy and audience governance.
Design and optimize XDM schemas data models data governance rules and data lineage for customer profiles & journey events.
Define ingestion patterns across Batch Streaming and Source Connectors and ensure efficient processing into Profile and Data Lake layers.
Align use cases with Real-Time Profile segmentation methods (Batch Streaming Edge) and activation workflows.
Architect and guide execution for AJO campaigns and journey flows connecting segmentation logic and trigger events.
Collaborate on CJA implementation mapping datasets to reporting needs and enabling multi-touch journey insights.
Review and optimize identity resolution namespace usage and deterministic/probabilistic identity stitching.
Provide guidance to development teams on data governance privacy and consent frameworks.
Troubleshoot platform data flow segment performance identity stitching issues audience activation delays and integration failures.
Work closely with business stakeholders translating CX and personalization needs into platform architecture and solution roadmaps.
Required Skills
10 Years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platforms / Customer Data Platforms / MarTech Ecosystems.
3 Years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP).
Strong experience in:
oAEP Data Modelling & XDM Schema Design
oProfile & Identity Service architecture
oSegmentation (Batch/Streaming/Edge) and activation patterns
oData ingestion using Batch APIs Streaming APIs and Source Connectors
Demonstrated exposure to:
oAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for orchestration and messaging use cases
