Job Summary
You will be responsible for: -
- Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customers needs
- Accountable for creation and revision of layouts
- Ensures that the proposed product can be installed
- Ensures that the cost and work effort impact of installation is part of product plans especially in non-standard installation situations
- Ensures that the proposed product fulfils local codes regulations and safety requirements
- Ensures alignment with environmental regulations
- Ensures that the planned product complies with KONEs Engineering Policy
- Provides product-related information to the Project Manager Installation Supervisor
We expect you to have: -
- A bachelors degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory.
- Engineering experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Good engineering tool skills e.g. CAD and BIM skills
- Knowledge of supply engineering
- Understanding of construction process in the elevator and escalator industry is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different partners
- Fluency in spoken & written Chinese and English
- Cantonese is a plus
You will have advantages to acquire the job if you have: -
- More than 3 years of relevant engineering experience in elevator business field operations
- Good skills in understanding and translating customer needs (requirements) into KONE technical specifications
- Good knowledge of KONE solution-related norms and standards
- Good knowledge of KONE current solutions
- Understanding of KONE quality management
- Good understanding on KONE supply operations
