Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist – LCSW or LICSW

Position:Therapist -Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Licensure: Active LCSW/LICSW license in Virginia also licensed in Wisconsin and Michigan strongly preferred

Pay: Starting at $75000

Schedule:Monday-Friday 8 am 5 pm EST/CST (40 hoursper week)

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LPC or LCSW license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in ourVirtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role youll conduct individual assessments develop treatment plans and connect patients with valuable community resources all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans

• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources

• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time

• Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an independentlyLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) orLicensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Active LCSW or LICSW license inVirginiarequired additionally licensed in Wisconsin and/orMichiganstrongly preferred

• Proven experience in therapy with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in this setting

• Experience with group therapy strongly preferred

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST/CST hours.

• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13

• Mustresidein the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
