THE ROLE
PLC invites applications for the part-time (0.5 FTE) fixed-term Term time only role of Senior School Administrative Assistant (including Camps and Tours) commencing in late January 2026.
The role provides high-level administrative and student support to the Senior School Administration team with a particular focus on monitoring and managing attendance for students in Years 11 and 12.
The role also supports the coordination and logistical arrangements of Senior School Camps and Tours and offers the opportunity to apply your creative skills through the design review and maintenance of documentation booklets forms and communications.
ABOUT YOU
This role would suit an individual with solid experience in a busy varied administrative role in an education or similar community-based setting.
You will have strong ICT skills including Microsoft Office and data management systems and will also bring experience using Canva and InDesign to be able to create clear engaging and professional documents for our school community.
You bring a strong commitment to customer service and are able to nurture positive professional relationships with students staff and external providers.
