Job Summary
Join our team at Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln as a Service Advisor in Orland Park this role you will be the key point of contact between our service department and customers ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience. You will work closely with technicians and customers to provide clear communication timely updates and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Communicate repair details and estimates to customers clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate service appointments and monitor repair progress.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service orders.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous dealer experience in automotive service advising required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Valid drivers license.
