As a Lead Technology Manager with a strong background in Hydroprocessing and/or Ecofining you will play a critical role in driving LCEs growth by enabling customers to adopt UOPs integrated solutions. Your technical expertise and business acumen will help craft compelling value propositions that deliver measurable benefits to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Lead technical execution of assigned Renewables Catalysts Reload opportunities for operating HEFA units and Hydrotreating/Hydrocracking units looking to co-process renewable feeds by developing compelling value propositions and business cases. This includes estimating technical performance contributing to sales strategy preparing technical proposals and appendices and delivering impactful presentations that drive successful sales outcomes.
Ø Engage and build customer relationships to understand their drivers needs and expectations. Use this insight to provide tailored technical input and craft innovative solutions that align with customer objectives resulting in winning proposals and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Ø Maintain deep expertise in UOPs aftermarket offerings with a focus on the Honeywell UOP LCE business unit. Become a recognized internal and external technology expert in your area of specialization.
Ø Share insights and learnings from each engagement to strengthen global technical strategies and foster continuous improvement across the team.
Ø Contribute to team excellence by identifying opportunities to enhance internal tools and processes helping us operate more effectively and deliver greater value.
Ø Travel Requirement: This role involves a minimum of 25% travel to support customer engagements and business development activities
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in chemical engineering
At least 10 years of experience in refining petrochemicals or gas processing operations.

Experience with Hydroprocessing/Ecofining technologies.
Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Broad exposure to UOP technologies or industry operations including roles in service engineering projects marketing or R&D.

The annual base salary range for this position is < $133K - $170K >. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
