Key responsibilities in this ER role include rapid triage and initial resuscitation continuous patient monitoring IV placement and medication administration and timely execution of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Youll document thoroughly in electronic health records comply with trauma protocols and participate in debriefings and quality improvement initiatives.
