Job Summary
Your responsibilities
Analyze our central value streams (e.g. Purchase-to-Pay) develop the automation roadmap and deliver measurable business impact (e.g. reduction of cycle times & error rates)
Build predictive monitoring and self-healing mechanisms for our critical interfaces to resolve issues before they arise
Develop systems for the automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets thereby reducing the manual workload within the team
Build reusable automation services and make them available company-wide via our internal AI platform (ChatAPV)
Act as the technical sparring partner for business departments and product owners to unlock automation potential across the entire organization
Your profile
You live Automation First and Systems Thinking. You identify the true root cause of problems and develop sustainable systemic solutions
You bring solid experience in software development (ideally Python SQL) and in working with complex ERP landscapes (e.g. Odoo)
You have hands-on experience with workflow tools (e.g. n8n) and ideally initial exposure to applying LLM APIs or ML to solve business problems
You work according to the You Build It You Run It principle and take end-to-end responsibility for your solutions
You can clearly communicate complex technical topics and act as a bridge between tech and business
