What Youll Do:
Act as a key driver of HR operational excellence ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to offboarding while championing the adoption of new HR technologies.
- Serve as a system expert for our HRIS (ADP) supporting configuration troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a guardian of HR data integrity implementing and overseeing processes to ensure the highest standards of data quality accuracy and security across all systems.
- Automate and streamline manual HR processes (onboarding compliance reporting) to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
- Manage the employee lifecycle process including new hire onboarding job changes and compliance tracking (I-9s etc.)
- Generate and analyze HR data and dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Champion the rollout and use of innovative tools including our AskHR chatbot and other digital resources.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 4 years of broad HR experience with a strong focus on HR operations and HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- Skills:
- Proven ability to use technology (HRIS Microsoft 365) to automate processes and solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and translate data into insights.
- Excellent attention to detail customer service and collaboration skills.
- Mindset: A proactive improvement-focused professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to make HR more efficient and strategic. Experience in a union environment is a plus.
