Job Summary

The Executive Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients acting as a trusted advisor and managing long term relationships. This role requires someone who is people focused organized and comfortable working with cross functional teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

The ideal candidate is proactive professional and able to take ownership of accounts from strategy through execution. This position involves guiding clients on service options coordinating internally with technical and support teams and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts

Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

Develop long term account strategies and recommend appropriate solutions

Communicate clearly with clients regarding services upgrades and timelines

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations

Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on client needs

Represent the company professionally in all interactions


Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in account management client services or consultative sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple client relationships at once

Organized proactive and detail oriented

Comfortable working in a fast paced client driven environment

Technical aptitude or experience working with service based solutions a plus
