Are you passionate about customer service and technology We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating exceptional vehicle delivery experiences. What youll do:
- Guide customers through the features and operations of their new vehicle
- Provide hands-on support with technology setup including phone pairing and infotainment systems
- Ensure each customer leaves with a clear understanding of their vehicles capabilities and functions
- Deliver a personalized informative and engaging experience that builds trust and satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with a knack for explaining complex systems in simple terms
- A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in automotive retail or customer service a plus
- A valid driver license with a clean driving history
