The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you will enhance client experiences and manage timely resolution of complex challenges for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As a Senior Associate you will provide ongoing support maintenance and enhancements to Salesforce environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. This position allows for significant impact on client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

What You Must Have

-- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer/Systems Engineering or a related field; advanced degree

- 4 to 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- 4 years of experience in application support roles

- Salesforce administrator and advanced administrator certifications

- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and data model design

- Understanding of integration patterns and platforms

- Demonstrating analytical and client-facing communication skills
