About Strategic Enablement:

The Strategic Enablement team sits at the heart of ECGs mission driving strategic initiatives and supporting high-impact client engagements. This group works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn client priorities into actionable outcomes facilitate executive readiness and ensure that Vanguards most important clients benefit from our best thinking and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic client engagements ensuring executive readiness and stakeholder alignment.

• Design and conduct analyses to assess internal and client-driven opportunities (e.g. partnerships products solutions)

• Synthesize findings into clear actionable recommendations and present to senior leadership.

• Manage multiple strategic initiatives tracking outcomes and driving progress.

• Mentor and coach junior team members sharing best practices and building business acumen.

• Play a key role in shaping and building the Strategic Enablement teams operating model and infrastructure ensuring the function is positioned for long-term success and impact.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years related work experience; prior experience in strategy consulting financial analysis or client relationship management preferred.

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (MBA MS etc.) preferred.

• Strong analytical conceptual thinking and executive communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across interdependent teams and influence stakeholders.
