Business Development Manager Projects
Foster Plumbing a Crete United Company is a trusted commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new plumbing construction revenue across small projects and commercial construction opportunities.
This is a true hunter role focused on building new relationships developing a healthy project pipeline and partnering closely with operations to deliver profitable plumbing work.
What Youll Do
- Identify pursue and close new plumbing project opportunities
- Target general contractors developers and owners focused on commercial construction
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand plumbing scope schedule and budget
- Partner with operations to develop competitive plumbing proposals for projects
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth
- Negotiate pricing scope and contract terms aligned with Foster Plumbings plumbing capabilities
- Represent Foster Plumbing and Crete United at job walks pre-bid meetings and customer meetings
Project Focus:
- Tenant improvements
- Retail and office buildouts
- Restaurants and hospitality
- Medical and professional buildings
- And others as capabilities expand
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience in plumbing MEP or subcontractor business development
- Demonstrated success selling small commercial or small project construction
- Existing relationships with Denver-area general contractors preferred
- Strong understanding of plumbing scopes estimating coordination and construction sales cycles
- Proven ability to prospect build pipeline and close profitable plumbing work
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication skills
- CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally throughout the Denver metro area
